Namsan Tower 남산타워

It is a landmark and representative tourist attraction in Seoul, and is commonly referred to as the N Seoul Tower and the Seoul Tower Plaza in Namsan Park-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It is composed of an observatory tower at an altitude of 497.7 meters and a cultural and commercial complex.

 

Namsan Tower was originally Jonghan Radio Tower. It was originally designed to transmit broadcasting signal.
Construction began in December 1969 with the joint investment of three private broadcasting stations: Dongyang Broadcasting, Dong-A Broadcasting, and Munhwa Broadcasting. 

 

 

Originally, there was no observatory, and it was only used for broadcasting transmission. 

In 1971, the construction of the Conlit Tower and the Public Line Tower was completed in August 1975.  Initially, the observatory was not disclosed for security reasons, but it was opened to the public under the name of Seoul Tower from October 1980.

If you look at the picture of Seoul, you will see a tower, which is the Namsan Tower representing Seoul. Namsan Tower can be a dating place for many people. It is also a place to heal the mind for some. 

 

 

The reason is that there is a beautiful observatory where you can see Seoul at a glance.

Although there is no traditional feeling in way to Namsan Tower, But the trails is very neat and tidy.

This is a place where admission tickets are needed, and I think it will help ease the difficult physical condition by coming up for a while.

 

 

 

There is a special event in Namsan, which is a lock.

 

 

It is also called the lock of love, and it is called the lock of love because lovers lock the lock hoping that their love will be more fruitful.
